Delivery

The product will be sent out between 2 to 14 days from the order date depending on availability, as stated in the information under each product.

The parcels are sent directly from our workshop in Warsaw.

Free delivery in Poland available using Paczkomat InPost.

Other possible delivery methods:

  • Paczkomaty InPost from 12,99 PLN
  • Courier InPost from 16,49 PLN
  • Courier for international delivery to Europe from 15 Euros:
    • Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Holland, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxembourg, Germany, Slovakia, Hungary - 15 EUR
    • Bulagria, Finland, France, Spain, Ireland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Sweden, Great Britain - 22 EUR
    • Italy - 24 EUR
    • Croatia - 26 EUR
    • Greece - 33 EUR
 

From the moment the courier receives the parcel, please allow 1-3 working days, and 5-6 working days for international delivery for Europe.

The order can also be picked up in person at a specified time and place, to do so please send us an email to: shoponline.mano@gmail.com

Returns*

If your purchase is made online, you will have 14 days to make a return from the moment you receive your parcel. Personalised products cannot be returned. If you wish to make a return, please email us with the filled in returns form at - manoshoponline@gmail.com

After the email is sent, please send the parcel in intact condition to the following address:

Including a copy of the returns note, and proof of purchase.

MANO does not cover the cost of the returns.

If you are posting the parcel via post, please keep proof of postage in the case of any problems.

Please do not send returns to Paczkomat InPost, as we only accept returns delivered direct to the above address via courier.

The return of funds will take a maximum 14 days from when the returned parcel is received by us. How the funds are returned depends on the payment method.
